These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ji17 Casino ("ji17," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at ji17.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the ji17 platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and any other features or services we offer.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise engaging with the ji17 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you accept them without reservation. To be eligible to open and maintain an account on ji17, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legal and permitted.
• You are not a citizen, resident, or employee of any country or territory where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of ji17, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a ji17 account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are acting in your own capacity, not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

ji17 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the prescribed timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ji17 at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ji17 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

ji17 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction (subject to change).
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification requirements.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) review and identity verification.
• ji17 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Funds deposited into your ji17 account may only be used for gaming purposes on our platform. Any attempt to use the platform as a payment processing mechanism, money transfer service, or deposit-and-withdraw scheme for purposes other than genuine play is strictly prohibited.

ji17 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• ji17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and possible account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.

All games available on ji17 are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between those in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

ji17 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure all outcomes in eligible games are fair, unpredictable, and independent of any previous result. Live dealer games are operated in real-time by trained dealers and are subject to additional game-specific guidelines.

ji17 shall not be responsible for the interruption of game play due to unstable internet connections on the player's side, power outages, or technical issues outside of our control. In cases where a game round is interrupted on our server side, ji17 will resolve the matter in accordance with its game dispute resolution policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji17 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with our games or platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit/debit cards, or misappropriated funds.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity in violation of applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ji17 staff through any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with ji17.

All content on the ji17 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, audio, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of ji17 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ji17 platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from ji17 without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji17, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

ji17's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim related to our platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

The ji17 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

Your privacy is important to us. ji17 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

ji17 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

ji17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Request by the player to self-exclude or take a cooling-off period under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Legal or regulatory requirements mandating account closure.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, ji17 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Verified balances unrelated to any breach shall be returned to the player through their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who access ji17 from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their local laws permit them to engage in online gambling.

ji17 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where practical, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ji17 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should discontinue your use of the platform and close your account.
